Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the product to notify their decision to withdraw, without having to provide a reason.
This notification must be sent by email to contact@pettylemon.com, specifying the order number and the item concerned.
The product must then be returned to the address communicated by PETTY LEMON within a period of fourteen (14) days following this notification.
Eligibility Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging where possible.
Any product not meeting these conditions will be refused and returned to the Customer at their own expense.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
For reference, these costs typically range between 8 and 12 euros depending on the carrier chosen and the shipping zone. We recommend using a tracked service, as PETTY LEMON cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
Refund
The refund is processed within a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the returned product, or from the proof of shipment provided by the Customer if it reaches us beforehand.
The refund is credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase. It covers the price of the product, excluding initial shipping costs. The latter are refunded only in the case of a return of the entire order.
Defective Product or Order Error
In the event of receipt of a defective product or one different from the order placed, the Customer is invited to contact PETTY LEMON at contact@pettylemon.com, attaching photographs of the product received.
A full refund, including return shipping costs, will be offered.
Legal Warranties
Independently of the right of withdrawal, the Customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), for a period of two (2) years.
