Production & shipping
How long until my order arrives?
Each piece is printed to order. Allow 3 to 7 business days for production, then 2 to 7 business days for delivery in France, 5 to 10 in Europe, 7 to 15 internationally.
Are items in stock?
No. We operate on print-on-demand: each piece is produced after your order. This allows us to limit overstock and offer controlled-edition runs.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking email is sent upon shipment.
Sizing & fit
How do I choose my size?
Our cut is oversize relaxed. If you prefer a fitted look, size down. Our Size Guide details exact measurements in cm.
What size is the model wearing?
This information is specified in each product description.
Hesitating on size?
Write to us before ordering at contact@pettylemon.com or DM @pettylemonofficial. We reply personally within 24 hours.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt to notify a return. Full conditions: see our Return Policy.
Are returns free?
No. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in case of defective product or our error. Indicative cost: €8 to €12 depending on carrier.
Can I exchange for another size?
We handle exchange requests on a case-by-case basis by email. Write to contact@pettylemon.com.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.
Is payment secure?
Yes. We use Shopify Payments, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. PETTY LEMON does not store any payment data.
Customisation
Can I have a custom phrase printed?
Not at the moment. Our drops are curated phrase editions, designed as a coherent collection.
Product care
How do I wash my PETTY LEMON t-shirt?
Machine wash at 30°C maximum, inside out, with similar colours. No tumble dryer, no direct ironing on the print. For long-lasting print quality, air drying is preferred.
Stock & availability
What if my size is sold out?
Subscribe to the newsletter to be notified of restocks or upcoming drops. Our productions are deliberately limited.
Will there be a Drop 2?
Yes. The date will be announced to our list first.
