HOW IT WORKS
Each PETTY LEMON order triggers a dedicated production at our print partner. This is why our timeframes include a production phase before shipping.
TIMEFRAMES

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on period and carrier. Any exceptional delay will be communicated by email.

We ship to:
- Mainland France + Corsica
- European Union (all countries)
- United Kingdom
- Switzerland, Norway
- United States, Canada
Other destinations may be available at checkout. If your country doesn't appear, write to us at contact@pettylemon.com.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your destination and order weight. The detail is visible before payment validation.
CARRIERS
We work with international postal services and their partners. Depending on your destination, your order will be shipped via Colissimo, DHL, or an equivalent carrier.
ORDER TRACKING
A confirmation email is sent as soon as the order is validated. A second email with a tracking number is sent upon shipment.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGE
In case of delivery issue:
- Check the status with the carrier using your tracking number
- If status hasn't updated after 5 business days, write to us at contact@pettylemon.com
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply upon arrival. These are at the recipient's expense.
